Looking for skilled PAINTERS that have leadership qualities. This is an hourly position.
We are a Littleton based company.
Experience with, exterior, interior, residential and commercial painting with all products including latex, acrylic, oil base and Epoxy.
Pressure washing, caulking, scraping, sanding, priming, and putting.
Preferred experience not required- small drywall and stucco patching and texturing.
Experience all type of stain and finishes.

Must be eligible to work in the United States and have a valid driver’s license.
Have reliable transportation.
Be able to speak and understand English.
Ability to travel across Colorado, Front Range, Mountain region.
Able to work as a team member, work well with others and independently.
Able to follow detailed work schedule / multitasking.
Great communicator with customers & co-workers.
Minimum experience 3 yrs.
Be able to produce Quality work.
Able to complete a project within a projected job timeline.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and reference check. 

References from a previous employer upon submittal.

Independent Subcontractors:
This is not an hourly position. Have your own paint equipment/tools. Including but not limited to prep equipment, ladders, harnesses, sprayer, rollers, and brushes.

Requirements:
Fully insured at least $1,000,000
In Liability Insurance/with full Workers Compensation on employees. 
Able to provide all needed documents upon immediate request.
Has attended OSHA compliance training.
